The Library is running some Journal Research Workshops in March. They are designed to help GDL students with research for their PfP assessments. However, they are open to any student who wishes to attend.
The workshops will show you how to find summary and full-text journal articles using the Legal Journals Index on Westlaw and the Library Catalogue on ELITE.
Currently, we have 3 workshops planned, but there will be more to follow:
- 3.30pm Tuesday 9 March Room 116
- 5.15pm Saturday 13 March Room E329
- 3.00pm Tuesday 16 March Room E229
You can sign-up for workshops on ELITE via the My Centre tab > Library menu > Legal Research Workshop Sign-Up Sheets > Journal Research Workshops. Please note that places are limited to 20 students per workshop.

From the publishers of Solicitor’s Journal this legal quarterly is aimed at all who are on their way to qualifying; from students to trainees to the newly qualified.
